为推进教育改革发展、教学模式创新，深化多边教育交流合作，实现国际化教育质量全面提升，“一带一路”建筑类大学国际联盟（以下简称“联盟”）开展“Global Campus-暑校共享计划”，以优质教育资源共享、促进师生科技人文交流和创新国际化人才培养为主要建设内容，推进联盟内高校资源共建共享、优势互补、强强联合，加强联盟成员之间的教育合作与交流，为各国大学生搭建更广阔的交流学习平台。

倡议方承诺，坚持开放互通，推动暑校共享；坚持互利共赢，加速学分互认；坚持多元布局，建立常态机制；坚持专业创新，促进能力建设；坚持国际视野，积极协同合作。

倡议方承诺向其他高校学生提供暑校“学费减免”名额或者其他课程共享政策，共享项目、开放名额及选拔要求按照各高校当年实际情况确定。

In order to promote educational reform and development, innovate teaching models, deepen multilateral educational exchanges and cooperation, and achieve overall improvement in the quality of internationalized education, the Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium (hereinafter referred to as “the BRAUIC”) plans to launch the Global Campus: Exchange Program for Summer Schools. Through sharing high-quality educational resources, promoting scientific and technological exchanges among teachers and students, and cultivating innovative global talents, the program aims to promote the co-construction and sharing of resources among universities, strengthen the educational cooperation and exchanges and build a broader exchange and learning platform for university students from all over the world.

We commit to upholding openness and connectivity to promote the summer school exchanges; pursuing mutual benefit and win-win results through mutual recognition of credits; advocating diversity while establishing a regular mechanism; stimulating professional innovation to enhance our capabilities; and accelerating synergetic cooperation with a global vision.

We commit to providing preferential policies and incentives, such as tuition reduction/exemption. The specific plan for sharing policies, number of places and selection requirements shall be determined by each host university on an annual basis.
